Good amenities and location, but had terrible experience with the room not being cleaned and had to contact support.

The location is great, and the room itself has all the amenities needed, they have aircon, washing machine, dish washer, cooktop, frigobar, etc. they also have a great blackout curtain and smart tv with Netflix. Once it’s clean it’s great (read below about experience)

I had issues with the property cleaning and a bit with support’s resolution. The thing is that I’ve checked in at the end of the day (around 18:30) and the room wasn’t cleaned. Everything was there as left from previous guest (it was really disgusting and smelled rotten food). I understand that the dirtiness wasn’t the staff’s fault as it was done by previous guest, but forgetting to clean the room was a really unpleasant experience, specially because I was waiting the whole day to check in and was only staying for 2 nights. When I’ve contacted the support, they took a while to get it sorted and their solution was asking me to move for the night to another apartment close by (10-15min walking with luggage) and then on the next morning move back to the apartment I’ve booked. This was the worst part for me, I asked them to relocate me to an apartment I could spend both nights so I didn’t have to bother my short stay moving back and forth between apartments, they told me that they couldn’t do that and if I wasn’t happy with this I’d have to reach out to Booking support directly (which obviously would take a long time as it was a Sunday night and I was exhausted from my trip). So my trip was really affected by this as I’ve lost time on Sunday night and then Monday morning moving back. When I’ve arrived back (I made sure to be there after 11am, when was the check out time from temporary apartment, as they’ve ensured the room would be clean by then), although the room was clean, all the trash bags was there at the entrance door of the apartment. To make it clear, the support was responsive even though it was Sunday eve, I didn’t have to spend the night in the dirty room. But their flexibility into finding a more suitable solution and the feeling of lacking of empathy towards my short stay and bad experience was what has bothered me.

Was a great location and a great apartment.

Clean and comfortable, with a great location.

The shower did not drain properly and the shower door didn’t have a water stop at the bottom so all the water from the shower flooded the bathroom floor, we had to use our towels to dry up the water. When I told the LovelyStay team about the shower and asked for new towels, that same evening, they apologized, asked for a photo of the door, which I did send the next morning, but they never fixed the door, or brought us new dry towels. My partner and I had to share one towel. I would have given excellent received if this situation did not happen. My other experiences with accommodations would have sorted the issue the very next day or at least would have organized new dry towels.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. I could easily walk to the nearby attractions, restaurants and shops. The host was very friendly and helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great accommodation in the city.

el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, y es tal cual muestra en las fotos. cómodo , nuevo y muy limpio

lastimosamente por el sistema de ingreso al edificio alguien cerró con llave lo cual no nos permitió salir. no contaba con roaming internacional y nadie me respondía me toco finalmente estar al teléfono por mas de 10 min y esperar a que alguien nos ayudarta o que alguien del edificio saliera. asi que aunque la respuesta se dió no es práctica y eficiente

Two days in vibrant town, sleeping in four star apartment.

Apartment was part of obviously newly built building. In terms of equipment and the state in which we found apartment it was by far the best we were in. Nice, new, high quality furniture, comfortable bathroom and functional kitchen. Location was perfect, 15 minutes from the river bank and the old town center and close by were dozens of cafes and restaurants.

No objections.
